Request for the re-submit of the BLAST

DDBJ asks the users who has executed the BLAST search during the following period to submit again, because the search results returned during might be incorrect. The details are as follows :

  • Period: from Oct. 7, 2010 at 19:00 to Oct. 15, 2010 at 12:30 (JST)
  • Database selection: "16S rRNA"

At present, the BLAST works normally. We apologize for your inconvenience.
