When is “after DDBJ periodic release” specifically?

After DDBJ periodical release means the day after the cutoff date of the release. Release deadline is described in the release notes. For example, in the case of Release 67, cutoff date is August 25, 2006 as follows. Therefore, "after DDBJ periodic release" will be after August 26, 2006.
