DDBJ Read Annotation Pipeline サービス再開

新システムへの移行に伴い停止しておりました，DDBJ Read Annotation Pipeline のサービスを7月12日(木) より再開しました。

新しい特徴：
  1) Velvet revival
  2) A new tool (Trinity:RNA-seq denovo)
  3) Mate-paired reads available
  4) DRA import with everyday latest update

Pipeline’s system was moved to NIG supercomputer, which was newly released at March 2012. In the new NIG supercomputer, DDBJ Pipeline utilizes 10TB/2TB memory computers for denovo assembly analysis.
