7.Annotation – 生物名の入力について

生物名入力におけるカテゴリー

Category	内容
Select only for virus, environmental sample, etc.	デフォルトです。以下のカテゴリーでない場合に選択します。
Viruses/Phages	VirusやPhageの場合に選択します、生物名入力補完辞書がVirus、Phageに切り替わります。
Environmental Samples	環境サンプルの場合に選択します。Scientific name: 入力欄に自答的に uncultured が記載されます。
Artificial Construct	クローニングベクター、発現ベクター、合成配列の場合に選択します。
A known species but unregistered in taxonomy database	学名がvalidであるが、NCBI taxonomy databaseで見つからない場合に選択します。
Not found in taxonomy database, but already registered in other sequence data	NCBI taxonomy databaseに無いが、以前の登録で同じ生物名を使用したことのある場合に選択します。
A novel species to be proposed in the paper	新種を報告する場合に選択します。
