DDBJ will change directory and file names for quality scores of anonynmous FTP,　on 23 August 2011.

to   /ddbj_database/ddbjnew/qscore/

file name ;
from DDBJNEWr##.###.qvalue.gz
to   DDBJNEWr##.###.qscore.gz
