DDBJ services temporary down due to lightning of Sep. 6

Because of power outage caused by lightning on Septermber 6(Thu) at 18:30 - 19:00 (JST), DDBJ services was temporally halted.

As of September 7(Fri) at 9:00 (JST), many services works normally. But some services are still unavailable and recovery works continues.
