Though you can submit sequence data including SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) to DDBJ, the data will not automatically reflect to dbSNP.
dbSNP is an independent database from INSDC, operated by NCBI.
For SNP data, we recommend you to submit to dbSNP.
