JGA xsd の更新

  1. Experiment.xml LIBRARY_LAYOUT 要素を必須から任意に変更。
  2. Data.xml filetype 属性の規定値に "image" と "NIfTI" を追加。
  3. Dataset.xml DATASET_TYPE 要素の規定値に以下を追加。
    • "Whole genome sequencing"
    • "Exome sequencing"
    • "Chromatin accessibility profiling by high-throughput sequencing"
    • "Histone modification profiling by high-throughput sequencing"
    • "Transcription factor binding profiling by high-throughput sequencing"

JGA submission/download tool の Java 8 対応 (v2.0.0)

JGA submission/download tool が最新の Java 8 に対応しました。Java 7 では動作しませんので，ご注意ください。
