Bioinformation and DDBJ Center had operated the gene expression database “CIBEX” (Center for Information Biology gene Expression database) until March 2012. All CIBEX date were migrated to GEA (Genomic Expression Archive).
Query BioProject with a CIBEX accession number (for example, CBX114) in DDBJ Search and follow a link to a corresponding GEA data.
A CIBEX accession number is retained in a GEA IDF metadata.
