We have been provided the web pages of DDBJ Center and annotated sequence database DDBJ at www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp domain, and the pages of the other BioProject/BioSample/DRA/JGA databases at trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp domain.
To improve usability of our websites, we will merge these two sites and release a new website. The trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp domain will be deprecated and will be merged into www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp domain.

The pages of each database will be as follows.

  • DDBJ: www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp → www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/ddbj/
  • DRA: trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/dra → www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/dra/
  • BioProject: trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/bioproject → www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/bioproject
  • BioSample: trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/biosample → www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/biosample
  • JGA: trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/jga → www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/jga

We will add new information by updating this news page.

We will redirect/rewrite old URLs to new ones as much as possible, but please remind that it is difficult to redirect all pages and files properly.
