DDBJ released a new service "Lib score (prediction of MHC binding peptides)" on DDBJ web site. The program was developed by Dr. Keiko Udaka, Kyoto University.
Usage is as follows:
Choose an MHC molecule and enter an amino acid sequence in one-letter code. Click "execute" button and you will get the scores back. This service is available from [Protein Database and Structure] of DDBJ Home Page. Please use it.
