DAD rel. 21 was released

DDBJ amino acid database (DAD) Release 21 was released on Nov. 20, 2002 at DDBJ. DAD Release 21 consists of 1,139,458 entries, and the total number of residues reached 349,308,832.
The modification from this release is as follows:

1) TPA data file is added

2) The format of LOCUS line is changed

3) Information for location of intron is added
