The tblastx program was added to BLAST

The tblastx program was added to DDBJ BLAST homology search services provided through web and E-mail. The tblastx program "Compares your nucleotide sequence with nucleotide sequence database by translating both sequences taking into account all six possible open reading frames".Because of this addition, from July 15, 2004, usable BLAST programs became 5 (new tblastx and present 4 types: blastn, blastp, blastx, tblastn)
