Termination of providing the Blast program on NIG supernig server

DDBJ will terminate providing the Blast program service which has been provided through NIG supernig server as under test operation, as of July 31, 2006.

However, we remain providing BLASTDB which will be placed on $BLASTDB.

So, if you install the program by yourself, you can run it using this DB.
