Some disorders were found in software tools to convert sequence data from flat file to FASTA or XML formats.
Because of the disorders, the data with over 100,000,020 bp in the sequence length (HG670306 and HG975440) lacked their parts of sequences in FASTA and XML formats.
Details are as follows:

Period:
From 2014.10.02 to 2014.10.12
Services:
Anonymous FTP, BLAST
Situation:
Incorrect sequences were included in FASTA, XML and blast db files;
    dbjpln10.fasta.gz (FASTA '~/ddbj/fasta' directory)
    dbjpln10.fasta.gz (FASTA '~/ddbjnew/unified-all/fasta' directory)
    ddbjpln10.insd_xml.gz (XML '~/ddbj/xml/insdxml/v1.4' directory)
    pln.tar.gz (blast db '~/ddbjnew/unified-all/blastdb' directory)
Measure:
We replaced the files to correct ones and applied for our BLAST service.

We apologize for your inconvenience.
