Changed the update timing of cumulated files for amino acid sequence data from patent offices

DDBJ provides amino acid (AA) sequence data transferred from Japan Patent Office (JPO) and Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) as cumulated files at following site.
ftp://ftp.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/ddbj_database/patent/

Since December 2014, DDBJ has changed the update timing of cumulated files from every three months to followings.
 [1] JPO data (Once or twice per month)
 [2] KIPO data (Twice per year)
 [3] JPO/KIPO data update or other process (Irregular date)

AA sequence data can be also retrieved through getentry by accession number and through ARSA by keyword.
