Mar. 1– MSS requires the submission files at the time of application

The current MSS Application Form provides a option, “I will prepare submission file after the application”. We inform that the selection will be no longer available on Mar 1, 2023. Therefore, we ask the submitter to create the submission file in advance for using the MSS Application Form.
