GIB にデータ追加　

ゲノム情報ブローカ(GIB; Genome Information Broker) は WWW でゲノム情報を提供するサービスで，真正細菌・古細菌・真核生物のゲノムデータを提供しています。University of Valencia により Candidatus Blochmannia floridanus のSanger Institute により Bordetella pertussis Tohama I と Bordetella parapertussis 12822 と Bordetella bronchiseptica RB50のゲノム配列が決定され公開されました。これにともない GIB でもデータが検索ができるようになりました。Reference: Candidatus Blochmannia floridanus:The genome sequence of Blochmannia floridanus: Comparative analysis of reduced genomes., Proc.
