Resume of E-mail reception with some limitation

E-mail reception by NIG E-mail servers, which had been suspended because of a massive amount of
SPAM mails since Nov7, are resumed. But, as SPAM mails are continuously flood to NIG E-mail servers,
E-mail delivery delay still remains. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
