In the BLAST search services via WWW, there had been errors in the results display.
Details are as follows.

  • Condition:In obtaining the result by WWW, when the "Text View" is specified, alignment results were displayed up to 100 ,in spite of specifying being displayed more than 100 results.
  • Period:from February 26, 2007 10:00 to May 18, 2007 13:00
  • Cause:program error
The program error had already been fixed, and now, the correct results are available.
