Because of the system failure, search and analysis had not been executed against the all queries during the following period. The details are as follows:
- Period: from May 13, 2009 at 18:00 (JST) until around 22:20 (JST)
At present, all services are resumed, and they works normally. - Services: FASTA, BLAST, PSI-BLAST, SSEARCH, HMMPFAM, ClustalW
- Cause: System Failure
- Among the queries which had been submitted to during the above period, some queries were accepted (Request IDs were issued) but unfortunately, there were some queries which were not accepted normally. The accepted queries are being executed their search and analysis. But, if you could not confirm your Request IDs when you submitted, we ask you to submit your queries again.
