DDBJ provides a taxonomy database retrieval system called TXSearch, to refer taxonomic names of organisms for your submission of nucleotide sequences to DDBJ.
DDBJ changed the URL and the interface of TXSearch.The former URL will not work after December 31, 2014. So, please change your bookmark, etc. at your earliest convenience.http://ddbj.nig.ac.jp/tx_search/
