Changes of BioProject and locus tag prefix registrations

• An accession number is automatically assigned to the submitted BioProject record.
• Updates to submitted BioProject records are reflected to the D-way BioProject OVERVIEW tabs.
• Enter an appropriate NCBI taxonomy name to the environmental BioProject.
• The locus tag prefix could be registered in both BioProject and BioSample. However, since 9th November 2022, the prefix can be registered only in BioSample.
