WGS released from GenBank during a specific period are not being opened in DDBJ

Entries publicized from GenBank during the following period have not been reflected in getentry and DDBJ ftp.

The affected entries are as follows:

• WGS and TPA-WGS entries from GenBank distributed on and after September 3, 2025

Reason

• DDBJ system has repeatedly failed to download the WGS and TPA-WGS data from GenBank since September, 2025.
